Wolves & Bears (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") is committed to ensuring that the collection and processing of your data is carried out lawfully, fairly and transparently in accordance with the "GDPR" (General Data Protection Regulation) of 25 May 2018 and the new "Loi Informatique et libertés" (Law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, files and freedoms) on 29 May 2019 following the Decree No. 2019-536.

Our collection is limited to what is necessary, in accordance with the principle of data minimisation. The definitions provided in Article 4 of the GDPR are applicable to this Privacy Policy. Article 3 - Legal basis

The legal basis for the processing of personal data within the meaning of Article 6 of the GDPR is that :

  • The processing is necessary for the performance of the contractual relationship between us and/or you wish to enter into with us, since the personal data we collect and process are necessary for the execution of the purchases requested under our General Terms and Conditions (GTC);

Article 4 - Conservation time
