Our clothes are designed and made to fit perfectly, in accordance with the brand's characteristic fit, clearly detailed on the website. So that you can try them on with complete peace of mind and confidence, here are our delivery and returns conditions.
Parts manufactured to order,
and assembled specifically to your personal specifications, will not be returned or exchanged.
For Metropolitan France, Monaco and Corsica
We deliver free of charge in 3-5 working days
in a relay point -in partnership with La Poste-.
to your home -Colissimo delivery without signature-.
You have 40 days -from its delivery date- to return a product to us (except for "made-to-order" parts).
The garment must be perfectly clean - no odour, no stains, no marks - and without any redhibitory defect when it is sold again under the same conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse the return in this case.
The return is free of charge.
Send us an email to " retours@wolbeparis.com "Please indicate the order number, the product concerned and the reason for the return.
You will receive a return label to drop off the return box at your nearest parcel shop.
To limit the impact on the environment, use the box that was used for the first delivery - a self-adhesive tab is available under the pediment. Reinforce the box if it seems too fragile.

The cost of delivery is indicated at the time of check out (grid attached)
You have 40 days -from the date of delivery- to return the clothes

We may refuse a refund/exchange where appropriate
but beware, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods
